Best Stomach exercises

Simply there is no magic shortcut, and while this may seem obvious to some people it is overlooked far, far, too often. Now you’re probably wondering, if diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight, why did you write this list? Because there are still natural remedies and recipes that will help you reach your ultimate goal.In the Best Stomach exercises Facebook page I begin my first posts on weight loss by stating that I believe there are only two ways to truly manage weight, through exercising and eating healthy.

There are many different contributing factors to losing/gaining weight, so the below remedies cover a wide range.

1. Cinnamon Tea

Glucose has an immediate effect on your weight as it influences how eager and how enthusiastic you are (whether you have vitality you're significantly more prone to work out!) If your glucose is adjusted you are less inclined to have a disproportionately huge appetite, and your body will be more adept to utilize fat (vitality) as opposed to putting away it. While banter about its viability delays, more preparatory studies are turning out demonstrating that cinnamon can help oversee glucose levels, so why not throw together a spicy cinnamon tea?

You will need :
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-1 cinnamon stick
-8 ounces of fresh water

Directions :
Place the cinnamon in a mug and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes before straining. Drinking 1-2 times a day.

4. Red-Lentil Hummus :

Lentils are a great substitute for chickpeas when it comes to making hummus. The red lentils used in this dip are a nice change of pace, but you won't lose any of the metabolism-boosting benefits associated with traditional hummus.

You will need :
1 cup red lentils, rinsed
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, plus more for finishing
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 garlic clove, smashed
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon red-wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
Pinch sweet paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons minced parsley
Greek yogurt, optional

Directions :
1. Place lentils in a 2-quart pot; cover with 2 cups water. Boil, then reduce heat and simmer until tender (about 20 minutes).

2. Combine lentils, salt, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and coriander in a food processor and blend until smooth.

3. To serve: Spoon hummus into a shallow bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Top with Greek yogurt if desired.
